Anhydrous monosodium phosphate is white powder with melting point 190°C. Dihydrate is white crystal with relative density 1.915g/cm, melting point 57.40°C. Both are easily soluble in water, organic solvent insoluble with hygroscopicity.
3.Applications:
Food grade product is used as quality improvement agent,emulsifier,nutrition supplemental agent,buffering agent in food processing industry.
