2.Properties:
Anhydrous tetra potassium phosphate is in white powder or granular. Relative density 2.534 g/cm3 and melting point 1109°C; It is apt to absorb humidity in the open air to deliquescent; Soluble in water but insoluble in ethanol, and at 25°C,its solubility in water is 187g/100g water; It can chelate with alkaline metals ions or heavy metal ions.White powder or white granular; easily soluble in water.
3.Applications:
In food industry, it is used as emulsifier, quality improver, chelating agent. It can be applied as fresh preserver, water conservation, and quality improver for quick-frozen aquatic products. Complex used with other phosphates in meat processing will get a better effect. Also it can improve the expansibility of ice cream, and the taste of flour and cake, prevent the cheese ageing.
4.Packing details:
Storage: The product shall be stored in a clean, dry & cool area protected from exposure to moisture, foreign odors and other contaminants. Due to its strong hygroscopic properties, it shall be stored in a dry & cool area.
Packing: Totally packed in 25kg paper bags net each with white or yellow color, or made to customer’s request.
18-24mt TKPP can be loaded in one container with pallets shrunk or without pallets.
