Urea-Formaldehyde Resin (UF resin) - Low Formaldehyde Emission Urea Resin
In recent years, the health and safety concerns for free formaldehyde content in wooden products have become an important issue to consumers. Thus, CHC has developed two new adhesives UF resin(UF-9001). Urea-Formaldehyde Resin(UF-9001) is prepared by reacting urea and formaldehyde via the polycondensation mechanism. By means of advanced synthesis  technique, thermosetting UF9001 resin is of extremely low free formaldehyde content.

Characteristics
1.Urea-Formaldehyde Resin(UF-9001) with low formaldehyde emission is in accordance to current regulations for low free formaldehyde content.
2.UF resins(UF-9001) show good storage stability for a long period.
3.The wood products treated with Urea-Formaldehyde Resin(UF-9001) show good water resistance and excellent performance in peelingtests.
4.Optimum hardening rate of our urea adhesives can be achieved by incorporating with CHC hardeners.
